WOW! I am really looking forward to watching this documentary. A little of my heart is still in Chicago, there is so much beauty and change that is needed in the city. I went to college there for two years and finished my undergrad here in San Antonio.Have you read Sudhir Venkatesh's, Gangleader For a Day? In correlation to this post its such a great read that takes a qualitative approach to the violence, gang life, poverty and politics in Chicago.
